Three steps from the schedule to the payroll

Scheduling
The coordinator drags workers onto sites by day in the planner. Recurring shifts are set as a series up to a year ahead, and the system blocks overlapping times. The worker gets a push notification with the site, date and working hours straight away.
02 · Tracking
Tracking
The worker's app checks location every 10 minutes during the shift and compares it with the geofence around the site. Check-in requires a photo with time and location. The monitoring table in the office shows who is in the zone, for how long, and how many hours they have accumulated so far.
03 · Payroll
Payroll
The system calculates actual hours from time spent in the zone, applies the paid break, rounding, and the split into regular and overtime hours. A coordinator can enter a correction with a mandatory reason, within 15 days. At the end of the month the manager gets the amount per worker, at the rate that applied on the day of each shift.

The zone is the source of truth
Hours worked are calculated solely from whether the worker was inside the geofence around the site. Check-in and check-out are evidentiary actions that go into the audit log, not the basis of the calculation.

Sign in with a phone number
No passwords. The worker receives a code by message (WhatsApp, then SMS) and the session stays active. One device per worker.

Location check and photo in a single step. A check-in outside the zone is recorded and visible to the office.

Works without signal
Check-ins and photos wait in a queue and are sent when the connection returns. A gap in signal shows in the report as „no signal from-to".

Privacy without fine print
Location is tracked only from 60 minutes before the shift until check-out. The worker sees what is recorded, who can access it and how long it is kept.

Privacy
Tracking only during the shift
Location only in the context of a task
Tracking starts 60 minutes before the shift and stops at check-out. Outside that window the app does not record location.
Retention of 6 months
GPS data and photos are deleted automatically 6 months after the day of the task.
Explicit worker consent
The worker gives consent for location at sign-in and can withdraw it. Photos are not used for facial recognition.
Data hosted in the EU
Hosting in an EU cloud region, in line with GDPR and the Serbian data protection law. Strict data isolation per company.
The client does not see the worker's name or location. It sees only that the crew was on site.
