Hours are written down from memory
The foreman copies hours from a notebook at the end of the day, and the office calculates them a week later. The error surfaces only when a worker disputes the payslip.
OOUR schedules shifts, verifies worker presence on site with GPS and automatically calculates hours worked, overtime and the monthly payroll per worker. Built for construction and labour-hire companies with field workers.
The foreman copies hours from a notebook at the end of the day, and the office calculates them a week later. The error surfaces only when a worker disputes the payslip.
The client asks for proof that the crew was on site from 7 to 17. The company has nothing but the foreman's word.
A worker who stays two hours longer gets the same payslip as one who left on time, or overtime is added by hand with no record of who approved it.
The coordinator drags workers onto sites by day in the planner. Recurring shifts are set as a series up to a year ahead, and the system blocks overlapping times. The worker gets a push notification with the site, date and working hours straight away.
The worker's app checks location every 10 minutes during the shift and compares it with the geofence around the site. Check-in requires a photo with time and location. The monitoring table in the office shows who is in the zone, for how long, and how many hours they have accumulated so far.
The system calculates actual hours from time spent in the zone, applies the paid break, rounding, and the split into regular and overtime hours. A coordinator can enter a correction with a mandatory reason, within 15 days. At the end of the month the manager gets the amount per worker, at the rate that applied on the day of each shift.
Hours worked are calculated solely from whether the worker was inside the geofence around the site. Check-in and check-out are evidentiary actions that go into the audit log, not the basis of the calculation.
All tasks of one day in 13 columns: working hours, status, in zone, status duration, check-in, proposed hours, correction, final hours.
Drag workers onto sites, clone them for several tasks in one day, create series up to a year ahead, with conflict validation.
Clients, projects and sites, with the zone drawn on a map, working hours and rules per site.
Change hours, breaks or the end of a shift with a mandatory reason. Old and new value, author and time stay on record.
Rounding mode, paid break, overtime multiplier, check interval, maximum shift length.
Coordinators work in hours, managers see money. Permissions are separated on every screen.
No passwords. The worker receives a code by message (WhatsApp, then SMS) and the session stays active. One device per worker.
Today's shift on the home screen, with the site, working hours and directions to the location.
Location check and photo in a single step. A check-in outside the zone is recorded and visible to the office.
Check-ins and photos wait in a queue and are sent when the connection returns. A gap in signal shows in the report as „no signal from-to".
New task, change, cancellation and a reminder before the start arrive as push notifications.
Location is tracked only from 60 minutes before the shift until check-out. The worker sees what is recorded, who can access it and how long it is kept.

Export is available for every report. The audit trail of corrections cannot be deleted.
Tracking starts 60 minutes before the shift and stops at check-out. Outside that window the app does not record location.
GPS data and photos are deleted automatically 6 months after the day of the task.
The worker gives consent for location at sign-in and can withdraw it. Photos are not used for facial recognition.
Hosting in an EU cloud region, in line with GDPR and the Serbian data protection law. Strict data isolation per company.
The client does not see the worker's name or location. It sees only that the crew was on site.
The demo takes 30 minutes. We walk through the planner, monitoring and payroll using data from one of your sites.
